Player Whitelisting

Player whitelisting allows globally banned players to join your server, it is not related to detection whitelisting. This is useful for allowing reformed players or false positives to access your server. Player bypassing will bypass the global ban expiration requirement if your server has it enabled.

Submitting a Whitelist Request

Navigate to the Whitelist page and follow these steps:

1. Add Player UID - Enter the player's License UID
2. Add Details - Provide a reason for whitelisting and indicate if the player has admitted to cheating
3. Review - Verify all information is correct
4. Submit - Send the whitelist request for approval

Processing Time: Whitelist applications are processed by FiniAC staff daily. The average waiting time is displayed in the top right corner of the whitelist page.

Whitelist Status

Approved Requests: The player can immediately join your server and will bypass global ban checks.

Rejected Requests: FiniAC staff may leave a rejection note explaining why the whitelist wasn't approved. Review the note to understand what additional information or changes are needed.

Viewing Requests: Check the status of all whitelist requests under "Sent whitelist requests" on the whitelist page.

Automatic Removal

Whitelists are automatically removed if the player is banned again for an anti-cheat detection. The whitelist slot will be freed up and can be used for another player.

Self-Managed Whitelists

Large communities can apply for self-managed whitelists, allowing them to approve their own whitelist requests without FiniAC staff review. Requests are automatically accepted.

Whitelist Slots

Free Slots: All customers receive 5 whitelist slots for free.

How Slots Work:

• Each whitelisted player consumes one slot
• Slots are freed up when a player is removed from the whitelist
• View used slots under "Sent whitelist requests" (e.g., 0/5)

Purchasing Additional Slots:

• 50 EUR for 5 additional slots
• Maximum 25 slots (250 EUR) in a single purchase
• Slots are added to the server permanently (one-time payment)
• Purchase via Subscription Management → Select subscription → Manage subscription

Best Practices

Do:

• Provide detailed reasons for whitelist requests
• Be honest about whether the player admitted to cheating
• Use whitelisting for reformed players
• Monitor whitelisted players after they join

Don't:

• Whitelist players without understanding when and why they were issued a global ban
• Waste slots on players who may continue cheating after being whitelisted

Troubleshooting

Whitelist Request Rejected

Issue: Request was denied by FiniAC staff

Solutions:

1. Review the rejection note provided by staff
2. Contact FiniAC support on Discord to request a review
3. Resubmit with more information

Player Still Can't Join After Approval

Issue: Approved whitelist but player is still blocked

Solutions:

1. Verify the whitelist status shows as approved
2. Ensure they are connecting with the same license UID (Rockstar account) as the one used to request the whitelist
3. Ensure the license UID on the whitelist request doesn't include any capital letters
4. Check if the player has any local bans
   • Bans local to your server will override the whitelist. Remove the local ban and try again.
5. Check if the player has multiple global bans (blacklisted)

Blacklisted Players

If a player has more than one global ban, they are considered blacklisted and will be blocked from joining your server regardless of the whitelist status. The only way for a player to obtain multiple global bans is if have been whitelisted before and cheated again. This covers less than 0.05% of all players.
